B'nai B'rith
B'nai B'rith operates in 58 countries worldwide and is the largest Jewish service organisation. It is the only Jewish body with a full-time office
and consultative status at the United Nations.
In NSW there are 10 constituent units, a youth and young-adult section, as well as JET, the young-adult section of the Anti-Defamation Unit.
B'nai B'rith stands for uniting people of the Jewish faith and fighting discrimination. It supports many benevolent and community projects and
offers its members a variety of social and cultural activities.
B'nai B'rith's Courage to Care project is undermining racism and advocates racial tolerance and harmony with exhibitions and an educational component
directed at senior school students.
The Rose Bay and Wahroonga Parents' Homes complexes have 81 self-care units
catering for senior citizens, with a further 24 units in course of development.
B'nai B'rith is a trustee member of the JCA Family but is not a recipient of funds.
